7th and 8th graders apply and are then selected by WEB Coordinators to participate in our 6th grade orientation program which is held prior to the 1st day of classes in the fall. WEB Leaders will be required to train for a full 2 days prior to 6th grade orientation. We look for energetic and enthusiastic students who want to make new students feel comfortable at our school. Throughout the year, WEB Leaders maintain contact and provide encouragement to all of our new students.
