Physical Education

Physical Education is a full year co-educational course at all three grade levels. The Physical Education Department offers instruction in a wide variety of team and individual sports, fitness and fitness assessment and lifetime sports. Activities include flag-football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball, paddle tennis, track, new games, dance and a wide variety of year round fitness activities which includes cardio-vascular fitness. South San Francisco Unified School District utilizes the Fitnessgram Fitness Tests to assess state fitness standards.
