8th Grade Activities

 

As our 8th graders enter their last semester at Westborough Middle School, we expect each student to demonstrate good behavior, attendance, and study habits. There are consequences for any 8th grader if they do not demonstrate good behavior in the second semester.

NO 8TH GRADER WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE END-OF-THE-YEAR OFF CAMPUS DAY (nor participate in the Sports Night teams) IF HE/SHE FALLS INTO THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:  

A. Has received 3 or more misconduct referrals in the Spring semester.  

B. Has been suspended from school for any reason in the Spring semester.  

C. Has been deemed to be a safety risk or untrustworthy due to actions during the school year.  

Letters restating this policy are sent home in the Spring semester as notification. There are no exceptions.
