All students using our school technology resources must have a district Acceptable Use Policy on file.  This is an agreement that states the user understands and agrees to follow all district rules and policies regarding appropriate use of technology.

School computers run on Microsoft Windows XP.  We have the following programs available for student use:

• Microsoft Office 2003 ***
• Internet Explorer
• Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 (Lab 74 and Language Arts classrooms)
• Inspiration 8 (computer labs and Language Arts classrooms only)

*** Only Microsoft Office documents made in MS Office 2003 and earlier versions are compatible with the school's version.  If you are using MS Office 2007, you need to save your document as an MS Office 2003 version.  If you do not have MS Office, you should use Google Documents.  This is a free web-based document program.  You can type your documents using Google Documents and then save the file as an MS Office document.
